I received an eARC from NetGalley and DC Comics in exchange for my honest review.

Overall, this was really interesting. Hardcore main character and I definitely have questions about what happens with the heads at the end. The illustrations aren't as dark as I expected from the cover and title, but they were still really good. Definitely not for teen collections. ~Mr.BookGeek1

I appreciate the somewhat old-school vibe of the artwork as it seems to help set this back in the '80s. And I"m loving a heroine who can take care of herself. And I'm pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed a graphic novel called Basketful of Heads as much as I did, but it was definitely engaging as heck and funnier than I expected. ~BookGeek1
