It Begins: Revamping a Teen Department

My new teen department desperately needs some TLC. I'm loving the nice furniture and computers in the space, but the programming needs a renovation. It is just so dull...

Thus begins Day 1 of creating an awesome action plan to boost those numbers!




Goal: Increase average attendance/participation at teen events to 10 teens by the August 2016.

Step 1: Create a regular schedule of events for teen programming.

I believe firmly that teens need that regular schedule and it was a theory that served me very well at my last library.

So now Teen Scene Tuesdays will be the norm. Wish me luck!
