The first one I would like to share is my new Teen Scene Rewards Program.
Teens can sign up, get an ID number and start attending programs to earn prizes.
We'll have different levels of prizes depending on what card they complete and at the end of each school year each card will be used as a prize ticket for a chance to win a grand prize. (What is our prize? I don't know yet, but I'm giving myself 3 more days to decide.)
They can also earn 1 square for bringing another teen and getting them to sign up for the program.
The main goals with this program:
1. Getting teens to keep coming back
2. Incentivizing teens to tell their friends about our awesome programs
3. Rewarding our teens for taking the time out of their busy, hectic lives to spend some time with us.
I'll try to keep everyone posted for pros-and-cons as they develop (which they surely will).
