I love all things no-sew! And this bag uses the same steps as our T-Shirt Tote bags, but is instead made of animal print fabric. Super easy!
Supplies
- Fabric
- Scissors
- Ruler (optional)
Step 1
Cut your fabric into one long strip and fold over so your folded portion is at the bottom. This will be the bottom of your bag.
Step 2
Start cutting and tying little fringes. Doing these one at a time is a bit tedious, but it does help avoid missing pieces. Double knot it too for added security.
Step 3
Repeat step 2 until the lengths of both sides are tied. Leave a few inches at the top if you want to create a flap. Otherwise, just leave it open and do your ties up to the top.
Optional Step
I hot glued down the edges of my flap to give it a cleaner look.
Step 4
Attach your handle. I cut a long strip of fabric and threaded it through the side fringe on both side. From there I just knotted inside the bag through the existing fringe.
