All-in-all I think this was a good overview of ideas for reducing our plastic waste. I appreciate that there are additional facts interspersed and specific suggestions for purchase. I think this is a perfect one-stop-shop for any novice in this area.
For libraries: I have this idea that I have been formulating for awhile on doing a kind of eco-club for teens and I actually think a book like this might help structure such a group. One where we discuss the effects of plastic straws and give everyone reusable ones. I think so many of our teens are already highly environmentally conscious & it would be nice to give them a framework to build off of.
