If you have access to a color printer and some cardstock, Cubeecrafts are a great option for your teens.
The only additional supplies a teen would need to complete this is a pair of scissors and a lot of patience. But with that they can make a variety of fun figures to decorate their rooms.
How we do it is that we have them register and they select the universes they are interested in. We always give them a narrow choice of around 4-6 choices at one time (there is also an option where they can click "Surprise Me"). Then when they pick up their cubeecraft pack they will get 2-3 sheets.
For those that have not registered in advance, staff will just hand them 1-2 random sheets.
Some teens will find this activity frustrating because it does require taking your time to cut it out, then fold it and then assemble it. But once they get the hang of it--they will be hooked.
