Here is just a round-up of using different fabric paints on a standard T-Shirt Tote Bag.
Supplies

Stencils-For this sample I used Martha Stewart's Adhesive Paper Stencils - Space
Paints-Vary (see picture)
Brushes-I used Fabric Creations Brush Set-Mini
First up: Fabric Creations Soft Fabric Inks. All around solid choice.
Next: Fabric Creations Fantasy Glitter Fabric Paint--super sparkles, but I would definitely use a solid background color to really make it pop. But this summer this will be wonderful as an accent paint for any starry night scene.
Finally: Fabric Creations Plush 3-D Fabric Paints for the fluffy look.
