DIY Crown Box

After finding this awesome crown box for so cheap,

we knew we were in for a simple, fun craft.

And we love the result.

Supplies:

Crown Box
Paint
Brushes
Gems
Glue Gun or Craft Tape

Step 1:
Base coat your crown.

I used FolkArt's Brushed Metal Acrylic Paint in Brushed Gold.For the record, I am in love with this paint for the summer. It is so regal!

 Step 2:
Let it dry a bit. And, honestly, it did not take long for it to be dry enough to add some gems.

Step 3:
Finally time to add some embellishments. I did different gems on both sides. Because why not?

What I love about this craft is that there is so much versatility with what you can do with it. Painting  patterns, using some cool stenciled letters, going full on glitter, etc.
